IMPORTANT: This is a Full Time LPN position. We are seeking a self motivated and goal oriented individual to primarily assist our Women's Health provider, which provides services in Franklin Medical Center's U|180 Medical Spa. However, this LPN will be required to cross train and fill in as needed in other areas such as assisting with Medical Spa services, Rural Health Clinic services, Surgery Clinic services, etc. as directed.

JOB SUMMARY: Continuously responsible for providing professional nursing service (according to qualifications and training) and non-professional services as directed. Directly responsible for performing patient care functions according to established standards, policies and procedures.

Regular Contact with all Hospital departments, Physicians, and the public.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Adherence to established policies and procedures is a fundamental responsibility.
- Follow directives from MDs and Nurse Practitioners as prescribed.
- Accurately record vital signs, assessments, and height/weight measurements.
- Thoroughly document medication and treatment details in patient charts, following proper procedures.
- Monitor the usage of supplies and promptly inform the relevant departments about restocking requirements.
- Manage phone communications, including placing and returning calls to physicians, patients, pharmacies, and home health services.
- Assist patients in entering and exiting the clinic as necessary.
- Strictly adhere to clinic infection control, hazardous waste disposal, and pharmacy protocols.
- Actively participate in monthly Performance Improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the operation of defibrillators, EKG, and similar devices.
- Perform and thoroughly document daily Quality Controls.
- Maintain a consistently positive attitude and demeanor.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of patient, family, and co-worker information.
- Keep the work area orderly and well-organized.
- Present oneself in a professional, clean, and neat manner.
- Effectively utilize available downtime to complete non-routine tasks, identifying and addressing tasks that require attention without direction.
- Possess knowledge of Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT).
- Assist providers in BHRT procedures and chart note documentation.
- Take responsibility for scanning BHRT chart notes into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), labeling chart notes, and filing notes/charts.
- Manage the ordering of BHRT pellets, track pellet inventory on-site (in a locked cabinet), and reconcile inventory with the BHRT website.
- Order nutraceuticals, office supplies, and medical supplies with the approval of your supervisor.
- Daily stock and organize patient rooms and the supply room.
- Demonstrate knowledge in women's health and obstetrics to educate patients effectively.
- Assist providers in women's health procedures.
- Manage prior authorizations, referral coordination, and patient communication as directed by the provider.
- Register patients for lab work as needed.
- Perform venipuncture without difficulty.
- Prepare specimens for courier pickup according to established procedures.
- Exhibit proficiency in Botox and Filler procedures.
- Assist providers in Botox and Filler procedures.
- Take responsibility for ordering Botox and related supplies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of aesthetics, laser skin tightening, laser hair removal, and non-surgical facelift procedures.
- Capture before and after photos of patients as required.
- Assist patients pre-procedure, post-procedure, and in daily follow-up calls.
- Manage patient payments, set up payment plans, post charges and payments, and monitor automatic drafts on the website.
- Handle the task of making deposits.
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned.
